This beautiful 2022 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34PA is better than expected! Many and all service work completed by Tiffin in Red Bay, Alabama.

After a year of shake-down and four trips to Red Bay (where they build them), this coach is in excellent condition. The 2022 Allegro has never been smoked in nor ever had any pets in and it has been been cooked in.

Some of the many features that the sellers love about this beauty is the interior floor layout, how economical this gas engine is to maintain and operate, and that this Tiffin is extremely easy to drive and has a very comfortable ride.

The owners took exceptional care in ensuring all the drains were flushed and routinely cleansed!

First and foremost, No Shoes Allowed! All shoes are removed before entering this beautiful coach.

Entering this gorgeous Tiffin, there is a light-up hand rail with plenty of lighting, and the floors are clean and shiny. There is a beautiful fireplace with LED lighting.

The interior steps have been retiled and include LED lighting.

The entry steps includes storage underneath for shoes and whatever.

The owners have upgraded the awning. It was installed by Girard.

Upgrades to the counters are solid surface and looks very nice!

The seller has upgraded the refrigerator to a stainless steel standard fridge with an icemaker. This was a recent upgrade installed by Tiffin as of October 2022.

All of the furniture has been upgraded, and televisions with articulating brackets as well!

Recently added is an Ultraleather Flip and Fold Sofa Bed and an Ultraleather Booth Dinette-Sleeper.

In the washer/dryer area, there is a stackable washer and dryer upgraded with an upgraded large stainless steel drums!

More upgrades include a kick-sweep system along with the central vacuum throughout the unit.

The owners love the fact that this unit is super easy to maintain, and because the fuel is gasoline, it is very economical to operate.

The bedroom has a memory foam mattress on a king-size bed and has tons of storage underneath the bed.

There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom! Who doesn't love a ceiling fan in the bedroom?

There are three interior TVs and one exterior, and most of them have sound bars.

The passenger side dash area includes a computer work station. The driver center has in-dash navigation.

Recent upgrades are some cool boogie lights underneath the unit. These look cool!

Upgrades included Koni shocks on the front and Safe T Plus steering.

The seller has upgraded this beauty with Liquid Suspension added to rear, which makes for an awesome ride!

Another upgrade is VROOM Slides on rear, hydraulic on the front creating a nice smooth ride for the slides.

More upgrades include moving from a 9" to a 12" jack pad for the jack stands. These are super sturdy!

The 7.0kW Onan Generator w/AGS (auto-gen start) creates and efficient way to recharge everything - especially with the upgrade of the solar panel the owners had added.

Included is a 2,000-Watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Auto-Gen Start and Interior Remote Control 8.

This Tiffin has a two-wheel drive V8 7.3L 350 HP Gas Engine with a 468 lb-ft Torque, aluminum wheel and cruise control.

There is a Seamless One-piece Gel-coat Fiberglass Molded Roof Cap w/Rust Protective Undercoating which includes a Diamond Shield over the paint for extra protection. To reiterate, there are no decals. This coach includes full-body paint with three layers of clear coat, which makes it easy to clean and stays super shiny - like new.

The owners have an addition of an in-motion satellite,
Open Road wi-fi booster and a Truma on-demand water heater. Also included are tire covers for extra protection.

There are (4) 6-Volt Flooded Lead-Acid House Batteries,
(1) 35,000-BTU and (1) 20,000-BTU Ducted Furnaces, a
Battery Slide-Out Tray, USB receptacles throughout this gorgeous coach, water filter, exterior rinse hose with shower head, 120-Volt and 12-Volt Outlets Inside Cargo Bays.

For extra safety there are side-view cameras and a color back-up camera with a monitor.

In the sewage bay, there are an additional hand sanitizer canister and paper towel holders.

This is a must-see unit... you have to see it to believe the beauty of this Tiffin.
